ENDWBL

ENDWBL - End Webulator Server

The ENDWBL command is used to end one or more running Webulator servers. The server(s) can be identified using either the PORT and HOST parameters or the SVRID parameter. Care must be taken when ending servers to ensure the correct server(s) are being ended.

The ENDWBL command returns before all of the server jobs have ended. The WRKACTJOB command can be used to identify when all of the server jobs have been ended.

ENDWBL Parameters

PORT - Socket Port
Identifies the server to end by the socket port the server is processing. The port and host uniquely identify the server ending. Refer to the socket port configuration value for more information.

The special value *ALL may be used to end all running Webulator servers.

This parameter is only used when the server ID parameter is set to *PORT.

HOST - Host Name or IP Address
Identifies the host the server is processing. The default value is *NOMULTIHOME. The default value must be used if the server has multihome processing disabled. A valid host must be specified if the server has multihome processing enabled. The host can be identified with either a host name or an IP address. If the host is not known then the server jobs can be used to determine the host name.

The special value *ALL may be used to end all running servers on a specified port.

This parameter is only used when the server ID parameter is set to *PORT.

SVRID - Server Identifier
Used to identify a specific server to be ended. The server identifier is assigned to the server at startup. The server ID entered can be either a configured or default value.

This parameter must be used to end a specific server if the server identifier is not the default server ID. The default of *PORT indicates that the PORT and HOST parameters are to be used to identify the server(s) to end.
