CHGWBLSVR - Change WBL Server Configuration

This is the primary configuration command for Webulator/400. The parameters in this command allow you to configure the functionality of the server, including how many request processors (RPs) will be allowed to run at any one time, a timeout variable to ensure that each request returns in a reasonable amount of time (even if that includes a message indicating no data returned), as well as variables for how information (and how much information) is presented to the user for the sessions returned. Other parameters determine the default locations of the error log file, the access log file, server root directory, and others.

The parameters associated with the CHGWBLSVR command are:

MAXRPS - Maximum request processors
TIMEOUT - Request wait timeout
THRESHOLD - Wait threshold
AUTORPTIME - Automatic RP timeout
CNTNTCCSID - Content CCSID
DISABLESVR - Disable server
DOMNAMLOOK - Domain name lookup
HOSTNAME - Server host name
SVRID - Server Identifier
MULTIHOME - Multiple home host server support
SVRUSRPROF - Server user profile
PORT - Port
TEMPDIR - Server temporary directory
INLLIBL - Initial library list for server batch jobs
PSWDSTG - User password storage method
PROTOCOLS - Server protocols
WBLUSERFILE - Webulator user file path
WBLMAXSSN - Maximum Webulator sessions
FALLTHRUH - Fall-thru path for HTTP
FALLTHRUS - Fall-thru path for SSL
KBDPLUGLOC - Keyboard plugin location
UPDATE - Update executing RPs

Authorizing a User to CHGWBLSVR

A user that does not have *ALLOBJ special authority must be authorized as follows to run the CHGWBLSVR command:
